Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a DMCA Notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Therefore, if you are unsure whether the material infringes on your copyright, you may wish to seek legal counsel.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
